Account Registration & Verification
Registration Process

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
bo33 may at any time request a copy of a valid ID, proof of address, or payment method details to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited
If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
The following mobile financial services can be used to deposit funds on bo33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
- Only transact from a mobile account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- bo33 may delay a withdrawal if identity verification has not been completed.
Bonus, Betting & Gaming Policy
Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
New users on bo33 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: Deposit ৳34,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each account is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
- bo33 may forfeit a bonus if a breach of bonus terms or fraudulent activity is detected.
- bo33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected:

Technical Errors
Any incorrect results or abnormal winnings displayed due to a software or system error will be considered void. bo33 reserves the right to review and correct transactions arising from technical issues.
VIP Program
bo33's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular activity and gaming. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable and cannot be moved to any other account. bo33 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.
Responsible Gaming
